While the home is completely private, you may occasionally notice light farm activity such as orchard care or seasonal maintenance. This work is carried out thoughtfully and respectfully, preserving the peaceful atmosphere while caring for the land.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the main residence, attached garage, and surrounding guest areas. The farm shop and select service areas remain private.
Cell service can occasionally be limited in North Kohala, offering a welcome opportunity to unplug, while high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
